Responsibilities of People Success Intern
- Assist in organizing and coordinating the onboarding process for new in-folks
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless integration
- Ensure completion of exit checklist for departing employees
- Support employees with performance-related queries
- Help create and update career ladders for different functions
- Collaborate with captains to identify learning needs
- Support the People Success team in data collection, entry, and analysis
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to gain insights and support data
- Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures
- Assist in reviewing and updating people-related policies and procedures
Responsibilities of Growth Marketing Intern
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing growth events
- Identify and initiate partnerships with relevant influencers, businesses, and organizations to amplify our brand reach and foster collaborative growth
- Research and evaluate marketing and digital content
- Preparing and sending out weekly newsletters and other outbound campaigns
- Assist with daily administrative and operational duties
Remuneration
People Success Intern: Rs 30,700 per month (approx.)
Growth Marketing Intern: Rs 35,300 per month (approx.)
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay
